TPU-XL (Crosslinked Thermoplastic Poly-Urethane) is our series of Silane Crosslinkable TPU with Sioplas method (XLPE like). These products are suitable both for extrusion and injection molding and be used for any application requiring high temperatures of service.
- Hardness from 85 ShA to 50 ShD
- Specific gravity from 1,10 g/cc to 1,20 g/cc
- Temperature of service: from -50°C to 150°C
- Excellent resistence to chemical agents (hydrocarbon, petrol, oil, grease, etc)
- Colourable via masterbatch
- Transformation process: after drying, suitable both for extrusion and injection molding
- Storage: the product should be stored in a covered area and kept away from moisture and heat
